Terms of use

These terms apply when you download or use any app or game made by Insoluble Labs (“we”, “us”), such as Flying Roadster (together, “apps”). By installing or using an app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. An app may have extra terms shown inside it; those apply to that app as well.

Using our apps

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Apps are licensed to you, not sold.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer an app, except where the law allows it;
• use cheats, bots, modified versions or other tools that change how an app works;
• generate fake ad views or clicks, or otherwise interfere with ads in an app;
• use an app in a way that breaks the law or the Google Play terms.

Virtual items in games

Coins, keys, levels, upgrades and other items in our games exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change a game’s economy, for example prices or rewards, to keep it balanced.

Your data and progress

Unless an app says otherwise, what you create or save in it is stored on your device and can be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Ads and third-party services

Some apps show ads and use services from other companies, such as Google. Ads and those services are provided by their owners under their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party content or websites you open from an ad. See our privacy policy for how data is handled.

Updates and availability

We may update an app, add or remove features, or stop offering it. Some features need an internet connection. We do not promise that an app will always be available or free of errors.

Ownership

Our apps, including their code, design, art, music and names, belong to Insoluble Labs or its licensors. Third-party credits are listed inside each app.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Insoluble Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of an app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Ending these terms

You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these terms, your licence to use our apps ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use an app means you accept the updated terms.
